The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 directed the Small Business Administration (SBA) to create a Governmentwide certification program for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Effective January 1, 2023, SBA assumed responsibility for certifying Veteran-Owned small firms. If you have questions, please contact SBA at vetcert@sba.gov. 1. What is the location for the 2023 NVSBE?

This year’s engagement will be hosted at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, located at:

2. What are the dates?

The program runs from November 7– 9, 2023, with a welcome reception and exhibit hall opening the evening of November 6.

6. What is included in the registration fee?

  • All access admission to the event (Exhibit Hall, General Sessions, Business Opportunity Sessions, Networking Roundtables, One-on-Ones)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch in the exhibit hall
  • Passed hors d'oeuvres during the receptions (cash bar available)

10. Where can I find conference presentations?

Conference presentations will be posted on the event website after the events conclusion, accessible to registrants only.

11. What are the parking arrangements? 

Parking is $35 daily for self-park, of $47 for valet. We highly recommend staying on site or at the partner hotel, Marriott Village, which has complimentary transportation to the Gaylord Palms.

12. What is the dress code? 

Business casual.

13. Is there transportation available?  

Ongoing transportation will be offered to Marriott Village, the offsite hotel.
