REGISTRATION NOTE:
- You will need a DS Logon or ID.me account to enter the Vet Biz portal to begin the registration process.
- Completing registration does not guarantee a 1-on-o1 session with VES
- Selection and appointment scheduling are at the sole discretion of VES
- Firms that are selected will receive communications from VES
- Your registration is only for consideration to be selected by VES for a limited number of 20-minute virtual meetings
- You must fully complete your profile, upload your capability statement and click "Submit" to begin the meeting consideration process
- VES is the sole decision-maker regarding companies that are selected to meet with its representatives

Selected firms will participate in a virtual 1-on-1 meeting which will entail a video and audio interaction with VES representatives. If your company is selected by VES for an appointment you will receive additional correspondence from the Hosts and the Direct Access Program no later than January 12, 2022.
Veterans Evaluation Services, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Direct Access Program, will host a virtual 1-on-1 event.

While VES knows that our Veterans rely on the expertise and therapy from acupuncturists, chiropractors, counselors, physical and massage therapists, VES is contractually prohibited from credentialing these providers for disability evaluations.

Capabilities
Veterans Evaluation Services is seeking small businesses and clinicians with the following capabilities.
- Highly motivated to assist Veterans
- Skilled in their field
- Moderate to highly proficient computer skills
- Available at least two days per month to see in-person Veteran exams
- Active, unrestricted license and a clear background check
- Board certification is preferred
- Nurse practitioners must follow state guidelines regarding collaborative agreements
- General medical and traumatic brain injury evaluators are not required to have clinic space, but it is helpful
- Audiology, dental, optometry/ophthalmology must have an ADA compliant exam space
